Herndon, Virginia, August 17, 2007 – A unique coalition of national organizations focused on physical activity, recreation, and health has selected the Northern Virginia-based branding and communication firm Vizual to help the group better communicate with the public and other organizations.
The American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance (AAHPERD) plays a central role in its field from its offices in Reston, Virginia. To move to the next level, the group needed a way to identify its alliance so that no single member organization would be too prominent. “It’s a classic challenge of associations of organizations, notes Jeff Lupisella, principal at Vizual. “The solution requires a combination of close listening, strategic thinking and smart brand development.”
