Founded in 1969, NIRI is the largest professional investor relations association in the world. Its members consist of corporate officers and investor relations consultants responsible for communication among corporate management, shareholders, securities analysts, and other financial community constituents.
NIRI first came to us with a need to expand its membership base. Its goal was to increase dues-paying members and to then leverage those members by providing them with valuable information, compelling them to attend conferences and events, etc. The primary challenge was that the work had to be done cost-effectively while at the same time allowing for consistent marketing efforts.
Using NIRI’s existing brand elements as a starting point, we designed an email marketing campaign that included utilizing highly-tarted individuals and promoted special incentives for joining the association. We then developed print versions of marketing sheets to be sent out electronically to keep distribution costs to a minimum.
